Pero\u2026 \u00bfincluir\u00edas el <strong data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"652\">compromiso organizacional<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"1006\">Es habitual subestimar su importancia, aunque en realidad es uno de los factores m\u00e1s determinantes para el rendimiento global de una organizaci\u00f3n. <strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"934\">Las empresas con equipos comprometidos disfrutan de menor rotaci\u00f3n, menos absentismo, mejor clima laboral y mayor productividad.<\/strong><br data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"937\" \/>En otras palabras: mejores resultados econ\u00f3micos y mayor estabilidad.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1011\" \/>\n<h1 data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1064\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente el compromiso organizacional?<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1284\">Definir \u201ccompromiso\u201d no es tan sencillo como parece. De hecho, investigadores como <strong data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1166\">Meyer &amp; Allen<\/strong> identifican <strong data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1222\">tres tipos de compromiso organizacional<\/strong>, cada uno con un origen y un impacto diferente en la empresa.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1289\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1318\">1. Compromiso afectivo<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1515\">Es el v\u00ednculo emocional del empleado con la organizaci\u00f3n.<br data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1379\" \/>Surge cuando la empresa satisface sus expectativas, especialmente las psicol\u00f3gicas: reconocimiento, prop\u00f3sito, crecimiento, pertenencia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1555\">Un trabajador con compromiso afectivo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1711\">\n<li data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1597\">\n<p data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1597\">disfruta formar parte de la empresa,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1639\">\n<p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1639\">siente orgullo por pertenecer a ella,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1674\">\n<p data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1674\">quiere quedarse a largo plazo,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1711\">\n<p data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1711\">rinde m\u00e1s y con mayor autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1765\">Este es el tipo de compromiso m\u00e1s valioso y estable.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1770\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1806\">2. Compromiso de continuaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1944\">Aparece cuando la persona siente que ha invertido demasiado tiempo, esfuerzo o recursos como para marcharse sin \u201cperder\u201d algo importante.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2019\">No nace del entusiasmo, sino del coste percibido de abandonar la empresa.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2245\">Aunque puede generar estabilidad temporal, suele tener efectos limitados en la productividad y en el clima laboral. Adem\u00e1s, deja a los empleados expuestos a tentaciones externas si otra compa\u00f1\u00eda ofrece mejores oportunidades.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2250\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2280\">3. Compromiso normativo<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2434\">En este caso, el empleado siente un <strong data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2332\">deber moral<\/strong> hacia la organizaci\u00f3n como respuesta a oportunidades, buen trato, beneficios o recompensas recibidas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2436\" data-end=\"2630\">No est\u00e1 impulsado por el miedo, sino por la reciprocidad.<br data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2496\" \/>Por ello, genera un ambiente m\u00e1s sano que el compromiso de continuaci\u00f3n, aunque sigue siendo menos potente que el compromiso afectivo.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2635\" \/>\n<h1 data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2681\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de compromiso es el m\u00e1s valioso?<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"3078\">Aunque los tres pueden generar efectos positivos, <strong data-start=\"2733\" data-end=\"2811\">el compromiso afectivo es el que ofrece beneficios m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidos y duraderos<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2815\" \/>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<br data-start=\"2824\" data-end=\"2827\" \/>Porque nace de la autoresponsabilidad, la satisfacci\u00f3n y la autorrealizaci\u00f3n del empleado.
