Cada vez m\u00e1s empresas necesitan cubrir posiciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que, ante la falta de talento disponible, terminan ignorando o redefiniendo.<br data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"595\" \/>Y si los perfiles IT ya son complejos de encontrar por naturaleza, en este art\u00edculo profundizamos en <strong data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"771\">cu\u00e1les son los perfiles tecnol\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de cubrir hoy en d\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"777\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"826\">La situaci\u00f3n del mercado laboral tecnol\u00f3gico<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"1030\">Seg\u00fan un estudio de Manpower, <strong data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"896\">el 41% de los directivos espa\u00f1oles<\/strong> reconoce tener dificultades para encontrar el talento que sus empresas necesitan. La demanda supera con creces la oferta disponible, lo que alarga procesos y complica la captaci\u00f3n de profesionales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1551\">El estudio se\u00f1ala adem\u00e1s que <strong data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1490\">el 54% de los directivos tiene dificultades para encontrar perfiles IT<\/strong>, lo que provoca procesos de selecci\u00f3n extremadamente largos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1950\">Por otra parte, un informe de Modis revela que las posiciones de <strong data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1638\">IT y Engineering<\/strong> suponen un problema para <strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1689\">8 de cada 10 empresas<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n destaca que <strong data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1808\">el 20% de las ofertas de empleo cualificadas en Espa\u00f1a corresponden a posiciones tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1812\" \/>El informe <em data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1856\">The State of European Tech 2020<\/em> coincide, mostrando un <strong data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1932\">crecimiento del 30% en la demanda de perfiles IT<\/strong> en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"1955\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2009\">Los perfiles tecnol\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de cubrir<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2207\">Con este panorama, es l\u00f3gico preguntarse cu\u00e1les son los perfiles IT m\u00e1s complicados de encontrar.
