In 2019, the startup TalentFY<\/strong> burst into the IT recruiting market with a disruptive technological proposal. Thanks to its platform and proprietary Artificial Intelligence technology, it managed to connect companies with the best freelance recruiters, capable of filling a vacancy in less than 10 days.<\/p>

Its founders identified a mismatch in the technology talent market: many professionals were not actively looking for jobs. As a result, companies needed external support to identify and attract the ideal talent.<\/p>

From that vision, a specialized talent selection marketplace<\/strong> was born, designed to help startups, SMEs, and large corporations optimize their hiring processes by providing more qualified candidates in less time.<\/p>

In 2021, the company expanded its reach by incorporating the search for Digital Marketing<\/strong> profiles, creating the perfect synergy between technology, data, and creativity within the digital ecosystem.<\/p>

It was in October 2025 when TalentFY integrated into Boomerang<\/strong>, marking the beginning of a new stage under the name Boomerang Intelligence<\/strong>. With this integration, the company has expanded its reach to cover corporate roles across a wide range of sectors, beyond exclusively IT positions.
In addition, this merger has strengthened its market position and reinforced its purpose: to transform talent acquisition through technological innovation and data intelligence.\u201d<\/p>
