After reviewing a new candidate, we always ask the client to either validate them or—if not—reject them and provide the reason.
If the candidate is validated, there is no commitment or obligation on the employer’s side. You don’t pay to reveal the candidate’s identity—you only pay once the hire is made.

Boomerang Intelligence’s standard guarantee is three months—more than enough time for you to truly get to know the candidate and for them to settle in and get to know your company as well.
That said, if the position requires it, we are so confident in achieving the right match that we have no problem extending the guarantee period. Whether the candidate resigns or the company decides to end their employment, Boomerang Intelligence will honor the guarantee.

At Boomerang Intelligence, we’ll always ask you to upload the candidate’s CV—blind and complete—and to fill out two simple fields: salary expectations and availability to start. That said, the more complete the profile is, the greater the chance the client will fully appreciate the potential you’ve already identified in the candidate.
We also provide an optional space where you can advocate for and highlight your candidate.

Of course! At Boomerang Intelligence, we want to ensure the perfect match between candidate and company, so we make the process as smooth as possible. Our platform centralizes all communication between the different parties involved in the recruitment process.

Boomerang Intelligence issues an invoice to the client with a 30-day payment term. Once we receive payment from the client, we ask the recruiter to issue their invoice to Boomerang Intelligence, which will then be paid within another 30 days.
This way, the recruiter never has to worry about chasing payments.

No. At Boomerang Intelligence, we believe that the best candidates are often passive—which makes the involvement of top recruiters like you absolutely essential.

At Boomerang Intelligence, we like to talk about candidates as people—and, more often than not, highly talented ones. We don’t refer to them as “our” candidates; however, we do have a clause stating that if we present a candidate to a company, that company must honor the service provided for at least 12 months after the position has been filled.
